Transport Futures founder Martin Collier was interviewed as a result of a motion by Saint John council to use "commuter tolls" to deal with budget cuts to transit. An online article was also written based on the interview. Unfortunately, as in Ontario, New Brunswick's provincial government holds final say so the St. John council is now going back to the drawing board.
