Community Roundtables

In order to gain a broader understanding of mobility pricing and support for Metrolinx’s Big Move and related investment strategy (which is to be released by June 2013), we are holding Transport Futures Community Roundtables across Ontario. Working in partnership with local governments, businesses, NGOs and academic institutions, these workshops will:

  • be between 2 and 4 hours and take place at conferences, community events and other venues;
  • feature presentations, facilitated breakout discussions and problem solving exercises to identify mobility pricing benefits, challenges and solutions;
  • result in the creation of local Transport Futures “chapters” that can continue promoting mobility pricing at the municipal level.
